Helping small businesses with big ambitions get stuff done.

One Fix at a Time.

Welcome to The Fix List from Business Therapy.

Built for busy, driven business owners who know exactly where they’re heading but feel dragged down by the day-to-day.

You’re ambitious, you work hard but the business in your head still isn’t the one in front of you. You know the issues. They just don’t get sorted.

Long hours. Constant interruptions. Work that never seems to get finished. Stuff falling through the cracks.

Big companies throw consultants and change teams at these problems. Smaller businesses don’t have that luxury - time and budgets are too tight.

That’s where we come in: not doing it all on your own, not locked into long-term consultancy. One fix at a time - actions you can actually get done to achieve the results you’ve planned.

We built a Better Way. The Fix List.

Every business owner has a list of things that need sorting. Some are urgent. Some have been bugging you for months. All of them get in the way of running the business you actually want.

The Fix List makes it simple:

  • 50 common business fixes across tech, people, process, time and strategy.

  • Fixed-price, 90-minute sessions that tackle one problem at a time.

  • Flexible options to take a single fix, bundle a few or build a year-long framework.

Instead of endless talking and theory, The Fix List is action-first and affordable. We help business leaders get fixes done to hit their goals.

The Five Fix Areas

You can't fix everything at once.

That’s why The Fix List is split into five areas: Tech, People, Structure, Time and Direction.

Inside each area, you’ll find 10 of the most common improvements business leaders want to make. These lists help you see what’s already working well (and can wait), and what needs changing first to make the biggest difference.

It’s a simple way to focus on what matters most and take action where it makes the biggest difference.

How a Fix Works

Each Fix is designed to be action-first, focused, and effective.

  • 1:1 session (90 minutes together) → either to work through your chosen Fix directly in the session, or to define the exact actions needed to get it done.

  • Fixed price → no surprises, no hidden extras.

  • Action Output → you’ll receive your Fix File. Confirmation of what was covered, the actions agreed, and what’s been resolved.

  • Immediate progress → you leave with clarity, momentum, and something actually sorted.

Whether it’s one Fix or a longer framework, the result is the same: problems tackled, progress made, and time back to focus on what matters.

This isn’t about working harder. It’s about making changes that stick - so you get time back to lead the business you set out to build.
