From Discovery to Done

Hidden steps are the parts people think they’ve shared. Missing steps are the gaps that make work slow, inconsistent or confusing.

Once we uncover them, fixing things becomes more straightforward. There’s less day-to-day thinking needed and more focus on what actually needs attention.

Step 1: Discovery

We talk everything through so we can spot the hidden and missing steps you can’t see yet.

You get a clear picture of what’s working, what’s messy and where the gaps actually are.

This step is a fixed cost. No prep needed. You tell us what’s going on and we take it from there.

Step 2: Diagnosis

Making sense of the messy bits. 

 

Diagnosis is where we dig into why things get stuck or keep coming back and what is really causing them.

Using the hidden and missing steps uncvoered in Discovery, we shape your prioritised Fix List together and decide which order makes the most sense to deliver the changes.

 

We then discuss whether each fix is best done by you, by us or a mix of both, one fix at a time.

This step is fixed cost. You get a prioritised Fix List based on what will make the biggest impact.

Step 3: Delivery

Clear and no-nonsense change done one fix at a time.

Now we start putting your Fix List into action. We roll up our sleeves and work through the list one fix at a time, whether that’s us, you or one of our Done For You partners.

Each fix is practical, focused and designed to make real progress fast.

Some can be done in hours, some in days and others take a little longer, but all of them move you closer to the business you want.

This step is variable cost depending on the size of the fix. You’ll always know what’s being done, what you’ll get and what it will cost upfront.

Step 4: Review

Keeping things on track as your business evolves.

 

Once delivery is complete, we review how the changes are bedding in across your team.

 

We check what’s working, identify any small adjustments and confirm whether any new priorities have emerged.

It’s a focused session that keeps everything aligned without adding extra workload.

A fixed-cost check-in to make sure no invisible or missing steps creep back in.
