Step 1: Discovery
We talk everything through so we can spot the hidden and missing steps you can’t see yet.
You get a clear picture of what’s working, what’s messy and where the gaps actually are.
This step is a fixed cost. No prep needed. You tell us what’s going on and we take it from there.
Step 2: Diagnosis
Diagnosis is where we dig into why things get stuck or keep coming back and what is really causing them.
Using the hidden and missing steps uncvoered in Discovery, we shape your prioritised Fix List together and decide which order makes the most sense to deliver the changes.
We then discuss whether each fix is best done by you, by us or a mix of both, one fix at a time.
This step is fixed cost. You get a prioritised Fix List based on what will make the biggest impact.


Step 3: Delivery
Now we start putting your Fix List into action. We roll up our sleeves and work through the list one fix at a time, whether that’s us, you or one of our Done For You partners.
Each fix is practical, focused and designed to make real progress fast.
This step is variable cost depending on the size of the fix. You’ll always know what’s being done, what you’ll get and what it will cost upfront.
Step 4: Review
Once delivery is complete, we review how the changes are bedding in across your team.
We check what’s working, identify any small adjustments and confirm whether any new priorities have emerged.
A fixed-cost check-in to make sure no invisible or missing steps creep back in.
