Step 1: Discovery
Getting everything out in the open.
Before you can fix what’s not working, you need to see the full picture.
Our 90-minute Discovery session (£350) is where we do just that - pulling everything out of your head and onto one clear page.
We’ll map what’s working well, what’s messy and what’s quietly wasting time or money. People, processes, tech and tools - all the moving parts that make up your day.
By the end, you’ll see exactly what’s slowing you down and where to start making change that matters.
This isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about making small, practical changes that stick - giving you back the time and headspace to run your business how you want to.
Step 2: Diagnosis
Making sense of the messy bits.
Once Discovery is done, our team digs into everything we have captured. We review the notes, spot the patterns and start grouping issues into simple themes such as where time or money is being wasted, where tech is not pulling its weight and where processes or people need a clearer rhythm.
This stage turns all the raw input into a clear first picture of what can be fixed and how.
You’ll have a draft Fix List showing the likely quick wins and the bigger changes we’ll explore together in Step 3.


Step 3: The Fix List
Your clear plan of action.
We review the draft Fix List together to make sure it fits your goals and priorities. You’ll see what needs tackling now, what can wait and what will have the biggest impact.
It’s a simple, one-page summary written in plain English so you can see exactly what is slowing things down and where the easy wins are hiding.
This is the point where everything clicks into place - you’ll leave knowing what to fix, in what order and how to get started.
Step 4: Fix Delivery
One fix at a time.
Now we start putting the fixes into action. We roll up our sleeves and work through the list one fix at a time, whether that is you, us or one of our trusted experts.
Each fix is practical, focused and designed to make real progress fast. Some can be done in days, others take a little longer, but all of them move you closer to the business you want.
Every fix brings you more structure, more headspace and more time to focus on what really matters.


Step 5. Fix Follow Up
Keeping things on track.
A few weeks after your fixes are in place, we schedule a check-in to see how things are running. We look at what is working well, what needs a small tweak and whether any new challenges have appeared.
It is a short, focused session to keep you moving forward confidently.
