From Discovery to Done

Less messy. More manageable.

Big ideas. Busy days.    And that low-level mental load of keeping things straight for everyone - remembering, chasing, checking.

Most business problems aren’t dramatic. They’re the everyday things that sit in your head, don’t quite get done as you want them to, or keep landing back on your desk.

Underneath it, there’s usually something simple not quite working the way it should.

Left as it is, problem areas don’t go away. They stay unresolved.

Pull up a chair. Let’s tackle the stuff you’ve been putting off.

What we fix

Most of what we fix isn’t complicated. It’s just been left sitting there too long.

  • When steps live in people’s heads or aren’t written down anywhere, work gets missed, duplicated or rushed at the last minute.

    • “I thought someone else was doing that.”

    • Tasks bounce back to you

    • Rework builds up fast

    • Everyone has their own way of doing things

  • Most tech problems aren’t really tech problems. They’re hidden or missing steps buried inside the way the tools are set up or used.

    • Info lives in inboxes instead of the system

    • Duplicate tools doing the same job

    • Manual workarounds everywhere

    • No dashboard or shared view of what’s actually happening

  • When no one is quite sure who does what, work slows down and questions pile up.
If the boundaries of a role live in someone’s head instead of being written down, they become invisible.

Tasks bounce around, decisions get delayed and everything ends up back with the same few people.

    • “Who’s supposed to be doing this?”

    • Decisions sitting with the wrong person

    • Constant interruptions for quick checks

    • Work getting stuck between teams

  • Small inefficiencies add up fast. Unused subscriptions, duplicated tools and work being done twice often sit unnoticed because the steps behind them aren’t clear or visible.

    • Paying for tools no one uses

    • Duplicate systems doing the same job

    • Manual work that should be automated

    • Tasks taking twice as long as they need to

  • When every update, decision or problem comes back to you, it’s usually because key steps aren’t clear and ownership is missing. Work gets stuck, information doesn’t flow and you become the shortcut for everything.

    • Constant “quick questions” breaking your day

    • Decisions waiting for you when they shouldn’t

    • Tasks bouncing back because the next step is not clear

    • Bottlenecks forming around one or two people

  • As your business gets busier, old ways of working stop keeping up.
People get stretched, priorities blur and no one is quite sure what should happen next.

    • Everyone is busy but progress feels slow

    • Priorities unclear across teams

    • New starters struggle to get up to speed

    • Work increases faster than the systems behind it can support

  • It’s the little things that build up: hunting through email chains, repeating yourself, chasing updates or fixing avoidable mistakes.

They seem small, but together they slow everything down.

    • Missing information you constantly chase

    • Repeated questions on the same task

    • Updates scattered across emails, chats or paper

    • Work taking longer than it should

Recognise what’s going on

Start by exploring what feels messy, stuck or harder than it should be.

You might already know the issue.

Or you might just know something isn’t quite working.

Use the Fix Library or Tech Library to see what fits.

Choose how to move forward

There are two simple ways to start.

Start with one fix
You know what’s not working. We’ll fix it properly.

Work it out together
There are a few things going on. We’ll help you untangle it and decide what to fix first.

Not sure which route to take?

Send us one thing and we’ll point you in the right direction.

We then discuss whether each fix is best done by you, by us or a mix of both, one fix at a time.

We get the fixes done

We roll up our sleeves and work through your fixes one at a time.

Some you might do yourself.

Some we’ll do with you.
Some we’ll take off your plate or bring in the right support for.

Everything is practical, focused and designed to make things feel clearer quickly.

Some people start straight away. Others take a bit of time to think it through. Either way, we’re here when you’re ready.

Here's a couple of options to explore from here.

Who We Help

We work with organisations of up to 50 people where the day feels messy and a bit frustrating.

The business has grown, but how things run hasn’t quite caught up yet. Everyone knows it should be tighter, but finding the time to properly sort it is always a challenge.

Clients come to us for the confidence to make the changes needed so things run properly without everything depending on them.

When there's more that one thing to fix

Step 1: Discovery

We talk everything through so we can spot the hidden and missing steps you can’t see yet.

You get a clear picture of what’s working, what’s messy and where the gaps actually are.

Step 2: Diagnosis

Diagnosis is where we dig into why things get stuck or keep coming back and what is really causing them.

Using the hidden and missing steps uncvoered in Discovery, we shape your prioritised Fix List together and decide which order makes the most sense to deliver the changes.

We then discuss whether each fix is best done by you, by us or a mix of both, one fix at a time.

Step 3: Delivery

Now we start putting your Fix List into action. We roll up our sleeves and work through the list one fix at a time, whether that’s us, you or one of our Done For You partners.

Each fix is practical, focused and designed to make real progress fast.
