That’s where The Fix Framework comes in. It’s not a big programme or a grand gesture.
It’s a no-nonsense way to sort the work that gets stuck - the things that never seem to get off your list because there’s never quite enough time or clarity to deal with them.
The five steps tackle the real issues: clunky processes, constant interruptions, unclear roles, money drains or a tech setup that’s creating more work than it saves.
We’ll talk it through, cut through the noise and create a prioritised list of fixes to get done together. No fluff. No overwhelm. Just progress.

Step 1: Discovery
Get everything out of your head so we can see where the problems are hiding.
Before you can sort what isn’t working, you need to see the whole picture.
A focused Discovery session is where we do that. We walk through what’s working, what’s feeling messy and the things you already know need a change.
People, processes, tech and tools - all the moving parts that make up your day.
After this session, everything will be out in the open. We’ll take over from there, make sense of it all and play it back in Step 2 - Diagnosis.
This step is fixed cost. You talk through what's happening, we take it from there. Nothing to prepare and nothing extra to do.
Step 2: Diagnosis
Making sense of the messy bits.
Once Discovery is done, we go through everything you’ve shared and start joining the dots. We look for patterns, repeated problems and the places where time, money or effort are being lost.
Diagnosis is where the chaos starts to make sense - not by fixing anything yet, but by getting a clearer view of why things keep getting stuck.
This step is a fixed cost. You get a draft Fix List showing the quick wins and the bigger changes. We’ll shape it together in Step 3 and prioritise what order to tackle them in.


Step 3: The Fix List
Your clear, no-nonsense list of what to fix first.
This is where everything from Discovery and Diagnosis comes together.
We review the draft Fix List with you to make sure it fits your goals and the reality of your time and pace.
You’ll see what needs tackling now, what can wait and the changes that will make the biggest difference.
Together we agree the fixes that make the most sense. We can deliver all the fixes for you, or you can pick the ones you want to handle and we’ll take care of the rest.
This step is a fixed cost. After a joint session, you get a clear, prioritised Fix List that shows exactly what needs doing - without adding to your workload.
Step 4: Fix Delivery
One fix at a time.
Now we start putting the fixes into action. We roll up our sleeves and work through the list one fix at a time, whether that's us, you or one of our trusted experts.
Each fix is practical, focused and designed to make real progress fast. Some can be done in days, others take a little longer, but all of them move you closer to the business you want.
Every fix is scoped clearly so you always know what’s being done, what you'll get and what it will cost.


Step 5. Future Fixes
Making sure things stay on track.
Things move fast in small businesses. Once your fixes are in place, we schedule regular check-ins with you. We look at what’s working well, what might need a small tweak and whether anything new has cropped up.
It's a short, focused session to keep you moving forward without adding to your workload.
Check-ins are fixed cost - simple, optional and there when you need them.
