Turning Input Into Action

You know that feeling midway through a golf lesson when your pro has given you a dozen fantastic tips, but you're struggling to turn their words into body movements? It’s so much input that it’s overwhelming!
Real improvement comes when you distill it into just a few key phrases. For me, the latest are "Dimple & Straight"—focusing on a single dimple on the ball and keeping a straight arm. Then there’s "Toes & Turn"—keeping the end of the club shaft in line with my toes and remembering to turn my body.

Simple, right? Err… not quite! But it’s these focused cues that make all the difference.
The same goes for your work processes. You’re likely flooded with feedback, strategies, and advice. But unless you simplify to improve, progress can feel clunky and out of reach. It’s not about how much you know—it’s about how effectively you apply it.
So, take a moment to stop the noise, find two things to change, and let go of the rest. Simplifying is the only way to drop your work ‘handicap’ and boost your performance.
Distill. Simplify. Apply. That's how you’ll see real change, whether on the golf course or in your business.
What do you need to simplify right now? Bring your challenges to me, and I'll distill them with Business Therapy.
