When all you need to is 'un-jumble'!

This is how I helped my mortgage broker client de-scramble his head!


Challenges:

Julian, the owner of a mortgage brokerage, felt overwhelmed. His new broker wasn’t adding much to the business, and his admin was drowning in manual tasks. He was maxed out on bandwidth, with no time to think strategically or prioritize what really mattered.


How I Helped:

In our first session, we tackled the core issues. We clarified what was holding Julian back and set three key actions:


  1. Define Julian's main client-facing roles and delegate the rest.

  2. Map the customer journey to figure out what only he could handle.

  3. Review their use of Microsoft Teams to see if it was enough or if more tools were needed.


By the end, Julian said his head felt “un-jumbled” and he could finally see what to focus on.


Results:

Julian didn’t just make a few tweaks—he totally un-jumbled his day-to-day operations. By setting up a more structured schedule for his new broker and tackling his own processes, he freed himself from the admin chaos that had been holding him back. Suddenly, he had the clarity to focus on growing the business. It wasn’t about working harder; it was about making every hour count. The result? Happier clients, a more productive team, and no extra hours needed. Now that’s how you un-jumble and get things done!
