Once Discovery is complete, we review everything captured in your Fix List. Our team analyses the notes, looks for patterns and groups issues into clear themes. This is where we see where time or money is being wasted, where tech is not pulling its weight and where processes or roles need tightening. This stage turns the raw input from Discovery into a clear picture of what can be fixed and in what order. You will see a prioritised Fix List that separates quick wins from bigger changes and shows where effort will make the biggest difference. You can stop here and use this plan yourself, or use it as the starting point for Step 3: Delivery. By the end, you will have clarity on what is causing the friction and a focused plan for what needs attention first.
