What technology do I need to start my business?

You don’t need loads of fancy tools to get started — just a few smart choices that grow with you.
At a minimum, most small businesses benefit from one of these:
🟠 A simple CRM to keep track of clients, leads, and conversations

🟠 A task or project management tool like Trello, ClickUp or Monday.com
🟠 Cloud-based storage (like Google Drive or Dropbox) to keep your files organised and shareable
🟠 Basic finance tools like Xero or QuickBooks for invoicing and expenses
🟠 A scheduling tool if you do bookings (like Calendly)
The key is not to overcomplicate it. The best setup is one that works for you — not one that looks impressive but never gets used.
Want help figuring out what you actually need?
We're working on a few new ways to support this, but in the meantime — book a free discovery session or drop me a note if you're drowning in tools that don’t talk to each other.
