If you’re wearing all the hats and fed up with doing all the jobs — this one’s for you.
Tech tools can help. But only if you know what’s dragging you down in the first place.
Before you start signing up for new apps or trying to automate everything, take a step back and look at what’s actually happening in your day.
Here are some tools and prompts that can help you get clear:

🟠 List the top 3 time drains in your week – Start with what’s repetitive, boring, or constantly interrupts you
🟠 Ask: what can only I do? – Anything else could be delegated, simplified, or outsourced
🟠 Audit your current tools – Are you using 5 apps for the same task? Paying for subscriptions you never open?
🟠 Look at your inbox or Slack – Is communication smooth or a constant ping-fest? That’s a process issue, not just a tech one
🟠 Map a recurring process – Where does it slow down? Where are people unclear? That’s where a good tool (or template!) can help
You don’t need to be a tech wizard — you just need the right tools to support the way you work. Tools that give you clarity, free up your brain, and help your business run without you in the middle of everything.
